they trade.

Back new Solana projects during their offering, before the token goes on sale to everyone. If a raise falls short, everyone gets their SOL back.

Offerings marked Sample are fictional. They show how ICO works while the first real offerings are prepared. Contributions are not open yet.

How ICO works

Four steps, the same for every offering.

Full guide
  1. 01

    Create

A creator sets the raise, token split and rules. They lock when the offering opens.

  2. 02

    Participate

Signed-in accounts commit SOL during the window, up to a per-account limit.

  3. 03

    Succeed or refund

Below the minimum raise at close? Everyone can reclaim their SOL.

  4. 04

    Launch and claim

On success, liquidity seeds trading and participants claim tokens.

Contributions, refunds and claims are not enabled yet — ICO is a prototype.

Who gets the tokens
Offering, liquidity and team shares are shown as one bar that must total 100%.
When the team can sell
Team cliff and vesting are stated up front, not discovered later.
What happens on failure
